Where You Learn It By Living It
The Culinary Arts program at New England Culinary Institute combines the old world tradition of European apprenticeship with the American holistic approach to food preparation and entrepreneurship. On the very first day of class, you’ll be working alongside Chef Instructors to learn the techniques necessary for mastery of all culinary endeavors. Small, intimate learning environments translate to personal attention that you simply won’t find at any other culinary school. You’ll gain confidence as well as skill from working in the real world atmosphere of our restaurants, bakeries, and resort hotel. And to support this hands-on learning, you’ll be engaged in a curriculum designed to give you a well rounded education that spans applied science, critical and creative thinking, personal and professional development and more.
Hands-on professional training in some of the smallest classes in culinary education. Our small classes average seven students to each instructor. Named 2004 Cooking School of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
